Mr. Bob Runion was very nice, clean, & honest man. The basement waterproofing crew of 4 men was very nice and mannerly. Made and excellent impression, and worked well together. The office staff was very nice and kept me up-dated.

The workers were here on time. They carried out all the materials in 5 gallon buckets from under the crawl space! They were friendly and professional. The encapsulation work was done by 5:30pm and everything looked great!

We have had a lot of rain in 2011 and our basement has stayed completely dry. No more spending hours cleaning up water, losing stored items, and no more of the wet musty smell. Now we are able to finish our basement, giving us additional living space.
